The SlimCORE™ 288F cable supports data-centre and hyperscale fibre aggregation applications, including spine-leaf core trunking, row-to-row distribution, and main-distribution-frame termination. The twenty-four 12-fibre subunit construction provides the patch density required at hyperscale, supporting consolidated MPO fanout from a single cable pull.
With a 14 mm outer diameter and 175 kg/km nominal weight, installation requires planned tray sizing and pull-tension management. Configurations are available in single-mode (G.657.A1) and multimode (OM3, OM4, OM5).
